Transfer Carts
Our Transfer Cart application is created by thermoforming our BumpIT Padded PVC into a semi-circular shape. It can then be fitted over rails in a friction-fit method, or adhered using BumpIT PVC Repair Tape. Our Transfer Cart application will provide a durable and wipeable surface that allows for the placement of materials without the risk of part mutilation or product assembly damage.
To enhance results, we can use BumpIT PVC Wear Tape for heavy duty protection; BumpIT PVC Repair Tape for added stability, strength and enclosure, and BumpIT Microfleece Tape for Class A sensitive materials.
Available sizes include 28mm (1 1/8") and 63mm (2 1/2") tubes, which easily fit around tubes measuring 1" to 3" in diameter. The covers are 96" in length and can be easily customized to size.
