Transfer Rails
Our Transfer Rail application is created by thermoforming our BumpIT Padded PVC into a semi-circular shape. It can then be fitted over rails in a friction-fit method, or adhered firmly to the rail using BumpIT PVC tape. Our Transfer Rail application will provide a durable and wipeable surface that allows for the placement of materials without risk of part mutilation or product assembly damage.
To enhance results, we can use BumpIT PVC Wear Tape for heavy duty protection; BumpIT PVC Repair Tape for added strength, stability, and enclosure, BumpIT Microfleece Tape for Class A sensitive materials.
Available sizes include 28mm (1 1/8") and 63mm (2 1/2") tubes, which easily fit around tubes measuring 1" to 3" in diameter. The covers are 96" in length and can be easily customized.
