Foam Padding Details:
3mm XLPE Foam: This thin foam padding provides a basic level of cushioning and protection, ideal for applications where minimal padding is required.
4.8mm XLPE Foam: Offers a moderate level of cushioning, suitable for a variety of protective applications.
6mm XLPE Foam: Provides the highest level of cushioning and protection among the options, making it ideal for applications requiring significant impact absorption.
Tapes: Available in widths from 2” to 6” and can be custom cut to any width.
Sheets: Available in various sizes and can be custom cut to your specifications.
CAD Cutting & Design: Available for any volume, dimension, or shape up to 52” x 240”.

PADDED TUBES
We stock 60” padded tubes covered in PVC for 1 1/8” (1.125” - 28mm) and 2 1/2” (2.5” - 63mm) diameter pipes.
60” lengths are our stock size, and these can be cut to any length. We also can make other diameters and lengths of pipe on request.
PVC tubes can be outfitted with special surfaces tapes, such as our Clear wear tape for applications where parts slid on the tube, or Microfleece for super sensitive Class “A” finishes.

PADDED ANGLES, “L”, “U” shapes
We produce many types of padded angled protectors
From 1”x1” x 72” PVC covered pieces with PSA adhesive strips to 6”x”6” x 72”
As well can custom size padded angled protectors in “L” and “U” shapes with different side and width length to fit bar or hard edge. We produce these in small to large runs and have a wide range of colors and surface materials to fit most applications.
Our laminates can be cut to size and fitted around connecting bars, or service outlets.
We can add holes for zip ties, or hook & loop for alternative attachment options

Padded Edges, precut Covers and more!
We have all sorts of Padded Covers with extra padded edges for HMI’s and Control panels, finger guards, monitor edge covers, Press Dies, Work Benches, Mobile Stands, Support Beams, I Beams, Conduit Wrap, Printer covers and Rack load and unload guards.
We offer padded covers in stock lengths; these can be cut on-site to fit your requirements. We can also precut based on your specifications and drawings. Many items like monitor edges, finger guards, printer covers are already designed and available.
Covers can be mounted with PSA, or Hook and Loop for easy service.
Modular Pipe & Joint Covers
EASY TO INSTALL ON EXISTING MODULAR BUILDS
BumpIT padded pipe wraps have PVC covers and 5mm thick foam and PSA adhesive strips to make installation quick and easy.
Available in 60” lengths these covers are easy to cut to size or and to allow for connecting joints and pipes.
BumpIT joint padded covers add a protective layer over joints and are available with 3mm and 5mm thick foam.
We also offer plain PVC pipe wraps and joint covers to add High Visibility and to isolate metal joints from sensitive parts, such as aluminum and surface finishes.
