BumpIT Padded PVC sleeves are thermoformed to fit over popular 28mm ( 1 1/8") and 63mm (2 1/2") tubes, and easily fit around tubes from 1" to 3" in diameter. The covers are 96" in length and can be easily cut to size.

• The PVC outer layer is laminated to 6mm thick foam and then molded into a semi-circular shape that can be used as-is (friction fit) or held in place with our 1" PSA tape. You can completely enclose the tube using our 2–4" PVC ISD tape. The tube can be cut to fit corners or any angle required. We recommend using our PVC ISD tape to seal cut pieces together.

• The PVC surface is durable and wipeable product. You can also layer different tapes on the PVC surface as extra layer of protection. For best results use our Wear tape products for high abrasion end uses. For Class A sensitive applications, we recommend our Micro Fleece ISD tape.
